While 2020 has been difficult for everyone - I had the added stresses of selling a house, then having to find a suitable rental property for myself and pets. Can we say thank you to you and all your team for the really professional way you have all conducted this sale from start to finish. From your adherence to Covid safety to communications, the advert and the number of viewings. But most of all, your staff are just so helpful and efficient and great to deal with.
Really professional
Being a new landlord, I had to find a letting management company that would look after us and our tenants. Of the many companies we contacted, Deborah Squire gave us the most confidence in choosing her Agency. Her words..it will be looked after as if it was my house was the clincher.
Our tenants were only in a short term but when fair wear and tear sadly turned out not to be fair and there were many tears, Deborah sorted out the return of our costs in rectifying the issues.
